With the reopening of the Ex Bersaglio building, a significant redevelopment project has been successfully completed. Following an intensive preparation phase starting in 2012 and a construction period of approximately two years, the historic structure now offers modern spaces for Sportclub Merano, Associazione Sportiva Merano and the Ost-West-Club. It has become a model meeting place for sport and culture, serving both language communities.

Energytech played a key role in the realization of the project by developing a comprehensive concept for the building’s technical systems. The newly installed heating, ventilation and cooling systems ensure high user comfort while significantly improving the building’s energy performance.
The electrical and special systems were designed according to the latest technical standards, optimizing functionality, safety and long-term sustainability of the entire complex.
Today, the Ex Bersaglio building provides a platform that fosters exchange and interaction between different communities, strengthening the regional culture of sport and social engagement.
