New Municipal Services Building in Merano

As part of the project to realize  the new municipal services building in Merano City, Energytech realised the Casaclima energy calculations,  the executive design of all the technical systems , the BIM management and the supervision of the construction process.
The biggest challenge was to transform a space destined for an artisanal activity into a functional office building. Glass, metal and concrete were used to give the new building a high-impact image, giving it an atmosphere of lightness, transparency and brightness.
This building now provides all departments of the municipal company (with the exception of the recycling yards) under one roof. There are offices for customers, a central meeting room in the atrium and many meeting points for working groups.
The building also has a large meeting room with over 100 seats, which can also be made available to neighbourhood associations or committees. The design of the heating, cooling, ventilation, electrical and special installations was conducted entirely in BIM using Revit software.
